Underunderstood, a podcast that finds the answers
I listen to numerous podcasts, one of which is The Vergecast. They recently had an episode where they highlighted another podcast, Underunderstood. This specific one was a story about the Sheriff of Polk County Florida and some jailbroken FireTV sticks. I enjoyed the episode enough to subscribe to the podcast and start listening to all the episodes from the first one.
This podcast takes a mystery and attempts to solve it. I am sure there are more podcasts like this one, and hopefully I will find them, but for now I have binge listened to almost every episode of Underunderstood.
I will not spoil the mystery of the episodes, but some of my favorites where the mysteries behind

The journalists on this podcast go to great lengths to research and investigate to get the facts behind these mysteries. I enjoy the number of people they reach out to get the answers to solve the main question of each episode. In many cases this results in finding a guru and in one case a guru in snacks, like the person in the Cooler Ranch Doritos episode where I can only imagine this person has a house full of unopened bags of potato and other chips.
Another nice thing is they solicit topics from their audience and I hope to come up with a question worthy enough for their show.
